Resident Advisor - Residential Corrections (2nd Shift)

Oversee daily client activities, conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds, and distribute medications while observing drug screenings. Perform searches of client belongings as needed, document observations and incidents accurately using software, and greet new clients during non-clinical intakes. Monitor behavioral changes, ensure safe program transitions, and provide transportation to appointments or activities. Respond immediately to emergencies using de-escalation and crisis-management strategies. Work the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) as a flexible, trusted team member ready for other assigned duties.
