Job Summary
Oversee daily client activities, conduct routine safety checks and facility rounds, and ensure a safe, structured environment. Distribute medications, observe drug screenings, and perform searches of client belongings as needed. Document daily observations and incidents accurately using software while monitoring behavioral changes to ensure safe program progression. Greet new clients during non-clinical intakes, provide transportation to appointments, and respond to emergencies using de-escalation and crisis-management strategies. Work the 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to walk up to 4 flights of stairs consecutively
