Job Summary
Resident Advisor living in residence to foster community and support students; responsibilities include planning and evaluating monthly social and educational programs, enforcing Residence Community Living Standards, being visible and approachable during scheduled shifts, providing confidential student support, attending training and meetings, collaborating with Residence Life staff, and ensuring safety and well-being of residents.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at the institution where the candidate will be working.
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of 65% throughout the duration of their employment.
- Independent completion of “Standard First Aid” & CPR Level “C” (must be valid for the duration of the contract term);
- Valid Criminal Record Check (will be conducted by Residence Management for successful candidates only)
