Job Summary
Live-in student leader in Residence Life who serves as a role model, mentor, and resource for residents; responsible for facilitating social and educational programs, enforcing Residence Community Living Standards, and maintaining a safe, respectful living environment. The RA will work 0-16 hours per week, attend weekly staff meetings and mandatory trainings, and collaborate with the Residence Life Coordinator to assess community needs and plan monthly programming (minimum one social and one educational program). Responsibilities include maintaining bulletin boards, advising residents, promoting campus activities, conducting floor meetings, handling administrative tasks, and supporting residents with personal, social, and academic concerns while upholding confidentiality. Must be enrolled as a full-time student, maintain a 65% GPA, complete Standard First Aid & CPR Level C, and pass a Criminal Record Check. AI tools may be used in screening.
