Job Summary
Supervise and mentor international and domestic teenagers during summer study abroad programs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and academic growth. Initiate, organize, and execute student activities including travel, excursions, cultural events, and evening outings while enforcing program rules and discipline. Coordinate administrative and logistical tasks such as communications and transport, which may include driving, and respond to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies while supporting fellow staff. Provide general guidance and support to students throughout the July term in locations across Western Europe, Canada, and the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in the target language, if applicable
- Experience working with young adults
- Experience traveling abroad, especially in the country of potential employment
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead recreational, cultural, athletic and other activities
