Resident Act Admin - Sangria Park

The Resident Activity Administrator supports occupancy, resident retention, and operational execution within the community, acting as a bridge between the leasing office and maintenance to ensure move-ins, renewals, resident satisfaction, and apartment readiness are handled efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with applicant follow-up and progression to timely approvals and move-ins, coordinating and tracking move-in activities, supporting lease renewals through outreach and documentation, contributing to resident retention initiatives, conducting vacant apartment readiness follow-ups, monitoring quality control of apartment readiness and turn processes, identifying and addressing operational gaps affecting occupancy goals, coordinating communication between the office and maintenance teams, tracking community activity related to occupancy, renewals, and resident engagement, supporting outreach marketing to generate traffic, participating in resident events and local marketing efforts, aiding lead nurturing, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining positive resident relationships, and helping create a welcoming, resident-focused community atmosphere. Qualifications emphasize bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, plus experience in multifamily housing, leasing, customer service, hospitality, or property management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time-management abilities, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
