Job Summary
Coordinate and administer the medical resident program within the department, supporting accreditation efforts (ACGME) for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Lead administrative workflow, data extraction and analysis, recruitment activities, orientation, graduation, and other program activities; serve on committees; maintain compliance with program requirements; assist the Program Director with accreditation efforts and educational programming; act as liaison to residents, faculty, staff, and regulatory offices; manage day-to-day operations and generate reports to inform program decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and one year of related experience and/or equivalent experience/training is required.
- Knowledge of educational technology and systems.
- Basic knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
- Basic knowledge of health professions education industry.
- Basic knowledge of administrative analysis, operations research, and developing and implementing processes and systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work with extremely complex faculty calendars / schedules with detail-oriented precision.
