Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program; administer resident education, accreditation compliance, and operational workflow; serve as administrator for the medical resident program and liaison to residents, faculty, staff, and regulatory offices; develop and implement activities across the residency program; support ACGME accreditation efforts, educational programming, recruitment, orientation, and graduation activities; analyze resident evaluations and outcomes; maintain data in electronic systems and generate reports; participate on administrative committees and support program mission with attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area
- one year of related experience and/or equivalent experience/training
- Knowledge of educational technology and systems
- Basic knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements
- Basic knowledge of administrative analysis, operations research, and developing and implementing processes and systems
- Familiarity with the administrative and operational implications in a residency program
