Job Summary
Oversee operations, administration, accreditation, and financial management of the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program. Coordinate committees, meetings, and complex administrative processes while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Build collaborative relationships with faculty, residents, institutional leadership, and external organizations. Manage budgets and supervise staff to ensure continued program success and growth. Maintain proficiency with electronic residency management systems and demonstrate strong knowledge of ACGME accreditation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education Administration or Business/Management
- Master's Degree
- 3 years of related experience in management and oversight of residency operations or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ACGME and other accrediting and regulatory bodies
- Direct experience in staff supervision and budget management
- Immunizations (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
- Pre-employment drug screen

- Strong knowledge of Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration and accreditation processes
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating committees, meetings, and complex administrative processes
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, residents, institutional leadership, and external organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic residency management systems
