Residency Host

Coordinate all logistics for Spiritual Direction Certificate residencies, including chaplain support, space reservations, catering, and classroom setup. Prepare student rosters, binders, and name tags; deliver gift bags to the hotel and manage inventory spreadsheets. Set up welcome tables, main classrooms, and travel masses; ensure coffee, snacks, and meals are ready throughout the day. Print daily rotation schedules, manage lector assignments for Masses, and organize digital evaluation folders. Collect name tags, verify attendees have exited by 2pm, clear the fridge, and store all unperishable items. Receive $500 per residency plus lodging, meal stipend, and travel reimbursement.
