Job Summary
Residential Guest Service Agent responsible for ensuring residents have an exceptional experience through detailed customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating resident services and amenities, assisting onsite operations with access and maintenance coordination, monitoring security and evacuations, and maintaining a neat lobby area. Requires robust customer service skills, professionalism, English proficiency, strong listening and critical-thinking abilities, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 6am and 10pm.
