Job Summary
Assist guests and maintain smooth administrative operations in a Marriott property environment: answer inquiries, welcome guests, prepare documents, manage filing systems (both computer- and paper-based), perform data entry in databases and POS systems, process mail and communications, and support team objectives. Maintain confidentiality, uphold professional language and etiquette, operate standard office equipment, and handle light lifting (≤10 pounds). Follow company policies and ensure professional appearance and guest-centric service, while collaborating with colleagues and responding to supervisor requests.
