Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of all common area spaces in Residences, use checklists to identify and report maintenance issues, complete required housekeeping paperwork, and respond to requests from the Residences Management office. Serve as a department role model, adhere to safety and security policies, protect company assets, welcome Residence owners, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional communication. Move/lift objects up to 55 pounds, operate cleaning equipment and basic computer/POS systems, and work across an extended shift with physical activity and attention to safety.”

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
