Job Summary
Residences Concierge at Six Senses Residences London delivering exceptional resident experiences by responding to a wide range of resident requests, coordinating with departments for transfers and events, and providing knowledge of local attractions, safety procedures, and Six Senses brand initiatives. Responsibilities include safeguarding sustainability and wellness pillars, maintaining high standards, assisting with inquiries about services, hours, and personnel, arranging travel, and ensuring professional appearance and guest relations while leveraging hospitality skills, local knowledge, and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar operational setting
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with POS, PMS and CRM platforms
- Excellent command of the English language; second language is an advantage
- Computer literate with problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available
