Job Summary
Residence owners and their guests receive information, make arrangements for services (transportation, reservations, dry cleaning), and have requests followed up to promote satisfaction. Respond to special needs, provide area and property information, announce visitors and authorize access via the key track system, document calls and requests, coordinate with engineering/bellstaff/housekeeping, assist with owner reservation services and elevator scheduling for move-in/out, support bell/valet services, perform Lobby Ambassador duties, review shift logs, and maintain professional communication and confidentiality in alignment with The Ritz-Carlton service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
