Residences Concierge

Respond to owners' and guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Announce all visitors and contractors to owners before permitting access, then implement them into the key track system. Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and concerns, contacting relevant departments to resolve issues. Assist with owner reservation services, elevator scheduling for move-ins/outs, and bell/valet services. Perform lobby ambassador tasks, review shift logs, and document pertinent information in logbooks. Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions to the manager while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to service excellence standards.
