Job Summary
Butler–Bell Attendant for a luxury residential community. Delivers bespoke, high-touch services to owners and residents, including arrival/departure assistance, luggage handling, parcel and grocery deliveries, and coordination with valet/parking. Operates within a shared Butler–Bell service structure to ensure consistent service for all residents, while upholding St. Regis brand standards, privacy, discretion, and professional grooming. Requires active, hands-on involvement across the property, ability to navigate stairs and lift up to 50 lbs, and strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with residents and guests. Must communicate professionally in English and have at least 6 months of hospitality or service experience; high school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of related work experience in hospitality or service-oriented roles
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Physically able to perform the duties outlined above
