Job Summary
Residence Services Representative at a campus front desk responsible for responding to student and guest inquiries, processing payments and reservations, managing check-ins/check-outs, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Duties include using campus software, financial administration, payment processing, updating room status with housekeeping, coordinating with residence staff and contractors, monitoring video surveillance, ensuring privacy, and handling front desk operations with a focus on accuracy, organization, and safety. Requires excellent verbal and customer service skills, ability to multitask, and adherence to health and safety training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some College or university coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year of industry or equivalent customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office software
- Experience with payments, invoices, and account reconciliation
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow OHSA guidelines
