Job Summary
Residence Services Representative at Campus Living Centres delivering front-desk service in a residence; respond to student and guest inquiries, process payments and invoices, manage reservations/check-ins/check-outs, maintain desk and lobby appearance, operate building security and housekeeping coordination, and follow OHSA, WHMIS/GHS training requirements with a strong focus on customer service and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; college or university study is an asset
- Minimum of 1 year industry experience or equivalent customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
