Job Summary
Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Assistant Residence Managers and Direct Support Professionals to foster a person-centered culture. Manage day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with OPWDD and agency regulations while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Oversee medication administration, medical follow-up, and participant funds, coordinating annual planning meetings and communicating regularly with families and advocates. Monitor service plan implementation and support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion. Provide direct support when needed and participate in the on-call rotation. Lead a dedicated team in Patchogue to help create opportunities and improve lives for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Supervisory experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- at least 1-year licensed driving experience

- SCIP Certification
- CPR and First Aid Certification
