Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of an OPWDD-certified group home in Pawling, NY within a Residential Services program for adults with I/DD. Lead and mentor Direct Support Professional staff, coordinate team efforts to implement meaningful, person-centered plans that support residents’ growth and development, and ensure high-quality, compliant care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding program delivery, developing/monitoring plans, solving problems, and handling on-call coverage. Requires flexible availability with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule featuring day and evening hours. Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical skills are essential, with preference for experience in OPWDD settings.
