Residence Manager - InterContinental Residence Suites® Dubai Festival City

Oversee day-to-day operations and assignments for the hotel team, developing and communicating departmental strategies alongside the Area General Manager. Manage staffing needs through recruitment, induction, and training programs while coaching staff to meet performance goals and compliance standards. Drive financial performance by monitoring budget variances, controlling labor costs, and tracking rebates and contracts. Ensure guest satisfaction by leading service recovery, addressing complaints, and managing VIP and group requirements. Implement sustainability initiatives, maintain security protocols, and enforce all policies and procedures across the property.
