Residence Manager

Supervise staff to ensure quality care and active treatment for developmentally disabled adults while overseeing daily living needs, including housekeeping, meals, and maintenance. Manage client health requirements by coordinating medications, emergency care, and routine medical services, and support the development and tracking of individual client goals. Coordinate transportation and day programs, handle client finances and record keeping, and maintain safety compliance through monthly fire drills and checklists. Respond to emergencies and provide crisis support while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and supervision to maintain proper staff-to-client ratios.
