Job Summary
Residence Manager responsibilities include ensuring front desk coverage, patrolling premises to maintain safety, conducting hourly rounds to protect tenants, employees, and visitors, and reporting issues to Facilities Manager or Social Service Director. The role requires managing visitor sign-in logs, responding to alarms, writing daily activity reports, and coordinating with security staff to preserve order and protect property. The position involves establishing protocols with Security officers and possibly working evenings/weekends. Requires a High School diploma or equivalency, a Valid Fire Safety Coordinator License (F80, S95) with at least one year of security experience, knowledge of working with special needs populations, and experience in human services.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Valid Certified Fire Safety Coordinator License (F80, S95) with at least one (1) year experience in the policy of security field
- Knowledgeable with working with special needs client populations
- Must have practical experiences or formal education on the skills and knowledge in human services
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, follow detailed procedures, and have good customer service skills
- Evenings and weekends may be required
