Job Summary
Conduct student advising and mentoring during designated office hours and evenings, Monday through Thursday, while maintaining housekeeping standards and documenting resident interactions through detailed logs. Perform nightly room checks, manage room check-ins and check-outs, and complete room condition reports during transitions. Serve as an ambassador for the University by promoting its objectives, facilitating worship and social programming, and leading hall meetings to foster a conducive living environment. Fulfill a comprehensive schedule including front desk shifts, committee involvement, and attendance at all meetings called by Residence Hall Deans, with duties extending until the Monday following graduation.
Required Qualifications
- Membership in the Seventh-day Adventist church
- Minimum grade point average of 2.5
- Sophomore class standing (completed 44 units or more)
- Prior experience residing in a dormitory setting
- Integrity
