Residence Hall Director (80392)

Manage the day-to-day supervision of a residential program for approximately 1,500 students, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, safety inspections, roster verification, and occupancy management. Lead the on-call crisis rotation and adjudicate code of conduct behaviors to enforce college policies and ensure a safe living environment. Supervise, train, and evaluate Resident Assistant staff while managing program planning, implementation, and budgetary responsibilities. Design and implement events fostering academic, social, and cultural community living, and lead initiatives for Resident Assistant selection, orientation, and Move-In Day. Serve on Residential Life and College committees to support institutional strategic goals.
