Job Summary
Fulfill all duties outlined in the current RHA Constitution, including participating in Fall and Spring Executive Board Training Workshops and transitional sessions. Lead the RHA General Assembly by recommending policies to the Department of Housing and Residence Life and delivering educational and social programs for the residence hall and campus-wide populations. Serve as Campus Security Authority under the Clery Act by completing required training and reporting crimes, and act as a Responsible Employee to report incidents of sexual assault, harassment, and other gender-based discrimination. Assist with program deliveries and travel as an authorized driver of university vehicles. Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA, live in a residence hall, and prioritize this role over all other activities except academic work. Employment runs May 1, 2026, to May 1, 2027, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and remain in good academic standing
- Must remain in good University and Conduct standing
- Must live in the residence hall
- Must be a current UWSP Student
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Must pass a Misconduct Reference Check
- Must pass a Position of Trust with vulnerable populations check
- Must be an authorized driver of university vehicles
- Must serve as Campus Security Authority, as outlined by the Clery Act
- Must serve as a Responsible Employee, as defined by Title IX and UWSP Policy 14.2
