Job Summary
Provide restorative services and advocacy, supportive counseling, and referral linkage for program residents in compliance with NYS Part 595 regulations. Maintain the quality of the residential experience and complete all required documentation within established timelines. Deliver coverage for the program as reflected in the staffing plan, including weekend overnights from 11pm to 7am and weekend days from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm. Assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting a diverse, inclusive environment focused on positive health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Weekend overnights 11pm-7am
- Weekend days 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm
