Job Summary
Provide rehabilitative support for individuals with behavioral health issues within a 24-hour community residence by developing Individual Action Plans and teaching independent living skills. Deliver approved Medicaid billable services while documenting assessments, progress notes, and medication supervision accurately. Respond to emergencies using crisis intervention techniques and supervise residents during medication administration. Assist in training new staff, maintain site safety and cleanliness, and address problems under program supervision. This role includes a 40-hour weekly schedule with a salary of $18.00 per hour.
