Job Summary
Residence Aide role supporting residents with daily living activities, ADLs, meal service, hygiene, mobility transfers, medication reminders, and social/engagement activities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, transferring to seats/beds/wheelchairs/walkers, record/report changes in condition, and providing care during the 2:00pm–10:00pm shift (full-time, four shifts per week with one additional shift as needed, including weekends). Requires effective communication with residents, families and team members, empathy, reliability, and ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; caregiving experience preferred. Location: Kenton Pointe campus and off-site locations in Maysville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a caregiving role preferred.
