Job Summary
Reset Merchandiser at Kroger in Bonaire, GA. Responsibilities include completing weekly section plan-o-gram resets, collecting plan-o-grams and new item tags, preparing the work area to complete resets, breaking down sections orderly for customer access, repositioning shelving and placing products according to updated schematics, keeping the work area clean, and reporting completion to Kroger and supervisors. The role may require periods of reduced scheduled hours and potential additional store support. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, ability to read plan-o-grams, English fluency, a smartphone with data access (app permissions may include location services, camera, and photo gallery), and the ability to provide a personal tape measure and safety gloves. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting 50–70 lbs. Desired traits include retail experience and competencies such as adaptability, teamwork, communication, customer focus, safety awareness, self-starter, and problem-solving. Since 1989, P.L. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams
- Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
- A smartphone with internet/data access is required (app may require permissions such as location services, camera, and photo gallery)
- Must be able to provide personal tape measure and safety gloves
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to remain standing for extended periods and tolerate temperature variations
- Retail store experience preferred
