Job Summary
Reset Merchandiser used in Kroger store environments to complete weekly plan-o-gram resets. Responsibilities include reading and understanding plan-o-grams, collecting new item tags, preparing work areas, reorganizing sections to align with updated schematics, repositioning shelving, and ensuring products are placed according to instructions. Requires independent work with minimal supervision, professional customer interaction, and adherence to company guidelines (timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication, clocking in/out). May involve periods of reduced scheduled hours and additional store duties. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, standing for long periods, reaching and bending, and operating smartphone-based apps as needed. Prior retail experience and strong adaptability, communication, and safety awareness are valued. Since 1989, P.L. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Smartphone with internet/data access (app usage may be required)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Retail store experience preferred
