Reset Merchandiser

Perform weekly section plan-o-gram resets in a Kroger grocery store environment. Read and understand plan-o-grams, collect plan-o-grams and new item tags, and prepare the work area to complete the section reset. Break down sections in an orderly manner to facilitate customer shopping in adjacent aisles. Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematics; clean up the work area. Report section completion to Kroger and immediate supervisors. Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professional, helpful interactions with customers and store staff. Adhere to KOMPASS guidelines (timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication, clocking in/out). May be required to work outside regular hours or take on additional store support during holidays or urgent needs. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Must have the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs (up to 70 lbs occasionally), reach, bend, and maneuver in a retail environment. Desirable: retail store experience and strong competencies in adaptability, relationship-building, communication, safety awareness, initiative, negotiation, and action orientation.
