Job Summary
Reset Merchandiser supports a 2-day project in Ashford, CT for on-site retail resets with planogram-based merchandising, updating product tags, and inventory retrieval as needed. Independent contractors will work with the Acosta Team Lead to complete scheduled resets, using a smartphone app to document progress, and must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend/kneel for extended periods. The role requires retail merchandising experience, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and adherence to a business casual dress code. Pay is $20/hour with a typical 8-hour shift and opportunities for ongoing gigs through the app. Start dates June 24 and 25, 2026, with 8-hour shifts and early arrival expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
- Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Dress Code: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo
