Job Summary
Build, assemble, and install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays while executing planograms and merchandise resets according to client specifications. Travel with a team to complete store remodels and resets across multiple states, updating signage, shelf conditions, and schematics. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while performing physically demanding tasks involving lifting up to 30 pounds. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extensive travel requiring 4–6 weeks on the road.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchandising, resets, remodels or fixture installation
- Planogram experience
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
- Willingness to travel extensively, typically remaining on the road for 4–6 weeks at a time
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone and valid email address
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
