Conduct reservation department leadership and manage optimal occupancy through effective price and availability controls. Oversee all booking processes, coordinate with other departments, and ensure guest service quality standards are met. Lead team training, onboarding, and development while managing daily room administration workflows. Requires 1.5–2 years of reservation leadership experience, strong German and English proficiency, and business acumen. Full-year operation with on-site accommodation and comprehensive meal plans provided.
Required Qualifications

- Sehr gute Deutsch- Ausdrucksweise, professionelles Auftreten und Verhalten
- Perfekte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort & Schrift)

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln im Sinne des Unternehmens
