Job Summary
Reserve Travel Designer at Chase Travel (Heathrow, FL) delivers luxury, white-glove travel experiences by researching, designing, and booking end-to-end itineraries including tours, cruises, and customized travel programs. Collaborates with clients to understand needs, advises on destinations, dates, accommodations, and costs, and leverages Chase Travel tools to manage reservations and payments. Responsible for driving customer experience metrics (NPS/OSAT, booking conversion, service quality), delivering personalized travel solutions, and maintaining accurate client records. Requires deep luxury travel knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid (onsite + remote) environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Advisor, Agent, or Consultant, specializing in luxury travel.
- Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and high-end client expectations.
- Exceptional phone, written, and consultative customer service skills with a focus on white-glove service.
