Job Summary
Reserve Teller provides exceptional customer service while processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions across multiple branch locations, balances daily transactions, identifies potential fraud, and promotes banking products. Must handle cash accurately, balance currency and checks, verify customer information, comply with federal/state regulations, and maintain security of cash and documentation. Requires ability to communicate effectively, perform basic math, and operate banking equipment; travel to multiple branch locations and occasional Saturday hours are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months teller experience (preferred)
- clear understanding of English (spoken & written)
- basic mathematics skills
- customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and balance cash drawers
- ability to comply with security procedures and regulatory requirements
- professional business attire
- travel to various bank locations (some Saturday hours)
