Job Summary
Booking of reservations for customer requests and per-cap sales; handling incoming calls and customer inquiries via phone and email; addressing customer concerns and escalating when necessary; meeting personal and team sales goals; daily inventory management; coordinating with Operations Supervisors, drivers, dispatchers, and customers; providing information about the city and hospitality products, and upselling on calls while delivering strong customer service with knowledge of New Orleans culture and tourism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexible shifts including holidays, and weekends
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to read and understand English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of tourism and the New Orleans area
