Job Summary
As Reservations Supervisor at Six Senses, oversee the Reservations hosts and daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Maintain thorough knowledge of facilities, room types, rates, and packages; supervise checklists, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations, group codes, and no-shows. Conduct performance coaching and trainings, track future room availability, manage reporting, and coordinate with Reservations Manager and other departments to optimize occupancy and revenue. Upsell resort facilities and ensure adherence to Six Senses standards, quality guidelines, and confidential data handling. Requires hospitality diploma/degree and more than two years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel role; proficient in MS Office and hotel systems (PMS, GDS, CRS); strong English communication; willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and perform dynamic duties.
