Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end reservations function with a guest-first mindset in a hybrid work model (1 day WFH / 4 days on-site) at Adina Hotel Bondi Beach. Drive occupancy and revenue through yield management, forecasting, and inventory distribution; maximise conversion and guest experience through seamless reservations processes; analyse trends, report insights, and influence pricing and promotions in collaboration with revenue, sales, and marketing. Develop and lead the reservations team, refine processes, and partner with operations to maximise performance. Requires 2+ years in hotels (Reservations, Front Office or Duty Management), proficiency with Opera Cloud or similar PMS, strong data analysis and communication skills, attention to detail, and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in hotels (Reservations, Front Office or Duty Management)
- Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS
- Strong understanding of yield management, forecasting and revenue optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship
