Job Summary
Lead end-to-end reservations to drive occupancy and revenue through yield management, forecasting, and smart inventory distribution. Maximise conversion and guest experience by ensuring seamless, responsive reservations processes before arrival. Analyse trends and influence strategy using data, reporting, and communication skills. Collaborate across revenue, sales, and operations to align pricing, promotions, and overall hotel strategy. 2+ years’ hotel experience (Reservations, Front Office or Duty Management) and hands-on use of Opera Cloud or similar PMS with MS Office. Strong guest-first mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities. Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in hotels (Reservations, Front Office or Duty Management)
- Strong understanding of yield management, forecasting and revenue optimisation
- Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS
- Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into performance outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship
