Reservations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee reservations operations, including room inventory, group blocks, and occupancy controls; manage rate planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Reservations Department; monitor occupancy and promotions; serve as liaison across departments; supervise and develop reservations team; lead recruiting, onboarding, and training; prepare production and performance reports; develop forecasts for room demand and revenue; monitor call quality and guest requests; coordinate group reservations with Sales and Revenue Management; review no-show/cancellation reports and ensure proper charges; manage long-stay room blocking and relationships with commercial clients; communicate availability changes to Front Office; ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the department. Primarily indoor role with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in hotel front office. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
