Reservations Manager

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Reservations department, ensuring service standards are followed and coordinating group and individual reservations. Liaise with Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams; produce regular reports; maximize revenues by ensuring Reservations Agents are knowledgeable about room product and hotel services. Requires leadership experience in a similar role and proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Windows applications. Ideal candidate will have experience in group and tour markets, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork and guest-service focus.
