Job Summary
Reservation Manager at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok leads and develops the Reservations team to deliver outstanding guest service, drives room revenue through inventory management and upselling, monitors booking trends and forecasts to support business objectives, ensures reservation procedures align with brand and LQA standards, and collaborates with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, and other departments to optimize guest satisfaction and hotel performance. The role requires 3–5 years in Reservations with leadership experience, expertise in Opera PMS and reservation systems, and strong Thai and English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Reservations, including leadership or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation operations, distribution channels, and revenue management principles
- Experience with Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Thorough understanding of premium hospitality service standards and brand reservation standards, including LQA requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent command of both Thai and English
- Experience in a luxury or premium international hotel brand is preferred
Desired Qualifications
