Job Summary
Manage daily reservation tracking for individual and group bookings while handling inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding room rates, availability, and resort services, then coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain up-to-date reservation documentation and follow up on special requests under the supervision of experienced professionals. Apply The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in every interaction while utilizing department-specific systems and procedures. This six-month trainee role begins ideally in October, offering students fluent in Spanish and English a chance to develop essential hospitality skills within an international luxury resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- Estudiante actualmente matriculado/a en un Grado o Máster universitario
- Prácticas obligatorias o reconocidas por la universidad, según corresponda
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas durante 6 meses
- Fecha de inicio ideal: 1 de octubre
- Interés genuino por la hostelería, el turismo, la gestión hotelera o áreas afines
- Nivel fluido de español e inglés
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional y multicultural
- Profesionalidad, responsabilidad y orientación al servicio
- Permiso de trabajo válido en España
