Job Summary

Reservations Consultant responsible for handling reservations, bookings, and related services for North America, including responding to inquiries, building itineraries, issuing travel documents, coordinating with agents and suppliers, and performing quality control of bookings. Must provide excellent customer service, manage emails and updates, resolve issues during booking and travel, escalate concerns to North America leadership, and support the broader reservations and operations teams to ensure timely confirmations, complete information, and successful invoicing. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of travel agency experience; travel-industry qualifications are a plus. Hybrid role with duties spanning internal coordination, supplier liaison, and client-facing service across global destinations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years Travel Agency experience – either retail, wholesale or inbound
