Job Summary
Reservations Agent responsibilities include handling guest reservations via phone and email, upselling to higher room categories, providing accurate information on availability and rates, knowledge of hotel facilities and area attractions, using hotel systems, and completing booking entries and reports. Requires professional communication, multitasking with telephone and computer, and flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Experience with property management systems (OPERA, SynXis, Delphi) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least two (2) or more years’ of related guest experience in Hospitality.
