Job Summary
Reservations Agent responsible for handling telephone reservations with Forbes/Preferred service standards, greeting callers promptly, anticipating guest needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell room types. Must maintain knowledge of property details, amenities, and events to answer guest questions, direct internal transfers, and support sales incentives including upsell targets and the secret shopper program. Requires strong communication skills, comfort with computer tools, and flexible weekend/holiday availability; on-site role at St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel reservations and/or customer service experience highly preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General computer knowledge
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Open and flexible availability
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
