Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations while responding to guest and partner enquiries within 24 hours. Manage group bookings by generating room nights from segments, maintaining travel agent databases, and ensuring timely processing of payments, commissions, and refunds. Build relationships with travel agents, DMCs, schools, and event organizers to drive bookings through corporate accounts and group segments. Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Finance, and operational teams to maximize occupancy and ensure accurate information regarding rates, facilities, and local attractions. Comply with IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and sustainability initiatives while achieving reservation revenue targets.
